Jesus Christ is Our Lord

Many Christians think of Jesus only as their Saviour, but He is also our Lord. He is the Lord Jesus Christ.
The word “lord” means master. Because Jesus Christ is our Lord and Master, He asks us to give our lives to Him to serve Him.
Why should we give ourselves to the Lord Jesus? Because we belong to Him. The Bible says, “---You don’t own yourselves. You were bought (by God) at a price. So honor God with your bodies.” ----1 Corinthians 6:19,20
